I need some dessert bad.
Well I have almost cut out sweets but once in awhile I need something. but the
problem is with my wacky food allergies I am pretty limited. My body does not like milk. though I can handle cheese just fine. I used to be fine with cream but now that seems to be out too. I was making pudding from cream and eggs and splenda and flavorings. well that's out now. so what sweet thing can I make without any milk products? not sure if I can eat cream cheese as I harder ever eat it. right now I don't want to try it as it takes several days sometimes for my asthma to stop bothering me when I do have an allergic reaction. I only so so care for jello. any other idea's? -- Knight-Toolworks & Custom Planes Custom made wooden planes at reasonable prices See http://www.knight-toolworks.com For prices and ordering instructions. |

You don't 'need' something.
You 'want' something. It's an important distinction. When you want something sweet... try sugar free ice pops. You 'want' something. It's an important distinction. When you want something sweet... try sugar free ice pops. very true (G) it's just been pretty frustrating. I left out several things.I have allergic reactions to almost all carbs. grains, sugar and such. fruit is all I can tolerate. actually any treat would be nice. but I just can't think of anything. -- Knight-Toolworks & Custom Planes Custom made wooden planes at reasonable prices See http://www.knight-toolworks.com For prices and ordering instructions. |

Peach Smints. If you have a Smart & Final, you can buy them there. I don't recommend the mint ones unless you just really need to freshen your breath -- they taste like medicinal cough drops. The Peach ones, OTOH, taste like PERFECT peaches. It takes 5 smints to make 1 carb (they are REALLY tiny, but pretty good. I like the Berry flavored Smints, too, but they can be harder to find. -- Saffire 205/149/125 - 5'1.5" Atkins since 6/14/03 Progress photo: http://photos.yahoo.com/saffire333 |
