Default Food & Exercise -- 2/8/2007

Went to the dentist this morning (getting an old crown replaced), then
worked at the conservancy in the afternoon, then went by the winery
for a while. I'm feeling kind of crummy at the moment -- partly
after-effects of the dental work and partly what may be an oncoming
cold, or else just irritated sinues do to overly-dry air. Anyway, I'm
gonna eat my turkey burger and then go lie down with some junky
magazine :-).

Food:

* 7:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese & 10g grated parmesan
* 12:30 (conservancy, brought the can with me & fixed there): 2 cups
beef & barley soup
* 3:30 (winery): 9 oz. wine
* 5:00 (home): mini Bonbel cheese round
* 8"15 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat
hamburger bun w 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slice, & catsup

Totals:

7:30 Egg -- large 2
Kraft F/F American Cheese 3
Pepperidge Farm Natural Multi-Grain 1
Cheese -- Parmesan, hard 10 g
12:30 Campbells Chunky Savory Pot Roast 2 cup
15:30 Wine 9 oz
17:00 Cheese -- Mini Babybel 1
20:15 Whole Wheat Hamburger Bun -- Trader Joe's 1
Kraft F/F American Cheese 3
Ground Breast of Chicken, Shady Brook 4 ozm

Totals: 1122 calories (173 from alcohol), 26g fat (21%), 84g carbs
(30%), 94g protein (33%)

Exercise: None -- no time, really, and not feeling great. I do plan
to go tomorrow unless I'm actually getting sick.
