Fell off the wagon...
Was doing well in March, then got sick, starting eating more, stopped going
to the gym. Gained 10lbs of fat. Now I'm trying ever so hard to get back on the wagon. |

The way I look at it is--that wagon is gone, but there's another one coming

The trick is to get back on that wagon ASAP. Meanwhile, today, I fell over the Keiser Low Back machine at the gym, LOL! Just got too tired and tripped over the foot plate.
