Hello again folks,

One more update. I've added more photos to the heavier weight if you
would like to see them. I can't get over how sickly I look and it's easy
to understand how someone can get depressed when you let your weight get so
out of hand. It's my hope that I never end up like that again. I feel I
have a better grip over exercise and eating unlike any other time in my
life.

Also if you have a weak stomach then don't view these photos. I have some
of my left leg and right foot after my flying accident.

I'm off to bed, tomorrow comes sooooo fast u know,

I don't think you look sickly at all when heavier. Just active and heavier!
Your son is a cutie, too. Exactly what did you do to your leg? You say your
flying accident...did you have an equipment failure or did you fly into
something or just land badly? *That* looked painful...makes me feel much
better about my poor little knee procedure.

Ignore the first post - fingers work faster than the brain at timesg

Wow....you really did a number on the foot and leg. I can see now why the
recovery time was so long.

See you can smile - you were smiling in most pictures with the kids. They
are real cuties. I'm sure they miss having dad around the house since
you've returned to work.

I think the photo with your son at one day old really shows how much weight
you had to lose.

Hi Elise,

I turned to low to the ground on take off on a windy day. The trike I was
flying turned me around to the direction I had just departed from and I
didn't have enough speed to maintain flight. This is called a stall, and I
basically flew about a 45 degree angle all the way to the ground from about
100-150 feet and my legs took the brunt of the impact. I'm really lucky I
didn't die or break my neck or back.

Have a good one,

Paul

Hey Paul,

In the heavier pics, you often "hid" behind your son, etc. I used to do the
same thing... Its nice to know you that you don't hide anymore...
