best diet/exercise log for Palm OS?
Hi--
I would like to add a nutrition/diet/exercise log to my Palm Tungsten C. I do a variety of exercises (elliptical x-trainer, walking, swimming) and eat a variety of natural foods along with low carb brand foods and even the occasional fast food. I'd like to track fat, carbs, protein and fiber. I especially want something with a really large nutritional database, because I take stuff like flax oil & whey powder that I'd like to track. Any recommendations (except those that are thinly veiled self-promotions) would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!! Philosopher |
