Default grains similar to oatmeal?

I love oatmeal. I eat huge breakfast (really big). half cup oatmeal,
1/4 cup raisins, one peach, 1 cup milk. Microwave for 3 minutes. That
fills me up until lunch time.

anyways, are there any other grains similar to oatmeal in fiber
content and flavor? half cup uncooked oatmeal is only 2 points. So I
was thinking may be I can keep similar grains in my pantry and
alternate once in a while.

Please suggest any other stuff you eat that is similar in consistency
to oatmeal (malt o meal, porridge etc) and please list its points too.

Thanks.

Well, actually, I had never done this before but about a week or so
ago, I had some leftover kasha (buckwheat groats) and it was going to
be dumped and I made it into breakfast with some soy milk (and no
sugar) and it was terrific. Much more flavorful then some grains for
breakfast. A cup of kasha is only 2 points.

I get Quaker Multigrain. It comes in a box that looks a lot like oatmeal.
It has oats, rye, barley, and wheat. It is also 2 points. I have that for
a snack in the afternoon sometimes as well.
