sure of name spelling ? You are in a great country. Did yo say northern

I think of stew as thicker too but that's not the case here. They don't
even use cream in *real* chowders and seafood stews. I was very
surprised the first time I ordered crab stew. When the seafood is fresh,
it doesn't need much more than milk, butter and pepper. g
