What can I drink in Britain
when I go to the pub? I need a list of the carb content of soft
drinks. I've given up tea and coffee and alcohol, and been virtuously drinking orange juice in the pub. Today it occired I may well have been sabotaging my efforts by drinking the orange juice. Can someone point me at a list of suitable soft drinks please? What can I drink in Britain
I think most diet drinks would work. Definitely not full bodied OJ. :-)

Anything labeled Diet. Tea and Coffee without sugar are fine, why is it
virtuous to give them up? Big Bill wrote: | when I go to the pub? I need a list of the carb content of soft | drinks. Also, if he thinks OJ is an appropriate LC beverage, and chooses it instead of coffee or tea, who knows what else he's doing or what diet he's on. |

Maybe not on the same priority scale as losing excess fat, but years ago I switched from tea to coffee because of the stains and the longer cleanings at the dentist. Especially since he's switched to high-sugar orange juice..... Reading the book before starting the plan is also virtuous. |
