Grapefruit Juice Diet
I have decided to try this since many of my family members have had such
http://www.idiet4u.com/diets/fruitjuicediet.html great success with it. I do have a few questions though. What type of work out plan should one use to accompany the diet? The diet posts a list of what to eat and what not to eat. So can I have a two-egg omelet with and red onions, bell peppers and tomatoes, along with the bacon and juice of course, for breakfast? Would a chicken creaser salad (won't forget the juice!) be a sufficient lunch or dinner meal? I probably should not have croutons with my salad, should I? The diet says to take 2 days off. Does this mean I can, eat pizza, pasta even bread, what about drink beer or soda? Finally, I have yet to hear any horror stories about cholesterol skyrocketing, I have only heard good things from people very close to me that I trust. Are there any side effects to this plan? Please share your personal experiences with me. |

Some years ago I read about a woman that dieted with only grapefruit juice.
It damaged her skin. "FTA" wrote in message ... I have decided to try this since many of my family members have had such http://www.idiet4u.com/diets/fruitjuicediet.html great success with it. stomac to the point where 25 years later it still gives her problems.. me and my two brothers still can't look at a grapefruit in the face without puking.. and Mom's still 30 lbs over goal..
