Hi Iggy,

I was not comfortable with several of the responses to my expression of
frustration. My determination to continue on to goal was and is unchanged.
By reducing my exposure on ASDLC I hope to avoid cheapshots by JC or Roger
Zoul. A carrot is much better than a stick.

I'm glad my link to the Paleo people and their perspective on the modern
grain based high carb diet was helpful to you.
