Default Doug's Week 79 report - in the 70s!

Another numerological curiosity - at week 79 my weight has become
79-something kilos!

I can't believe it. I'm actually in the 70s! This is way less than I
have ever been in my entire adult life.

This week my weight suddenly dropped a lot - more than 3 lb! I haven't
had a weekly drop like that in more than a year. But it wasn't just a
daily fluctuation either. At the end of last week my weight was 79.9 kg
and this morning it was 79.45 kg...

But I am considering all figures "tentative" until I can compare with
my regular scale back in Tokyo.

This week my average daily calories came to 1652 calories/day. Since I
lost 1.6 kg = 3.5 lb this week, this means my CPP (calories per pound
per day needed to maintain weight) was 19.4. That is way higher than I
would ever expect it to be, which must mean I've been a lot more
physically active on this trip and have just not been counting the
calories expended by the extra activity in my journal.

My "rolling 4 week average" increased a bit to 0.9 lb/week.

My current weight graph is at
http://lerner.net/diet/weight20061208.jpg.

The latest stats:

* Week 79 / Day 553
* This week's loss: 1.6 kg = 3.5 lb
* Weight (kg): 125.0 - 79.9 (minus 45.1 kg) - Super Milestone! In the
70s!
* Weight (lb): 275.0 - 175.8 (minus 99.2 lb)
* BMI: 41.3 - 26.4
* Percent body mass lost: 36.4%
* Percent complete to goal: 99%

And although I don't want to record it yet until I see this level for a
few more days... It appears I have just passed the 100 lb loss
milestone!
