Default Some tips to help you lose weight

1.Make pasta your fast food choice - you can prepare a pasta meal and
salad in 10-12 minutes.

2.Chilli helps to speed up metabolism - even the milder varieties.


3.Omelettes can be made just using egg whites! A dramatic reduction
in
fat.


4.Limit salt in cooking. Other names for salt include baking soda,
baking powder, MSG and soya sauce.


5.Drinking hot water as appose to cold water can increase the speed
of
your metabolism and burn more calories.


6.Always eat before you go food shopping and always prepare a
shopping
list. Only purchase food which relates to your weekly menu plan and
don't be tempted to buy goodies.

What is it about the chili that makes it speed up the metabolism? In
other words will other spicy foods do that? Tabasco for instance?

it is true by drinking a lots of water before your meal can help you
to eat less and it will result in weight loss? and is there any
different result if you drink cold water insted of hot water?

i'am a big fan of chocolate. Do you have any tips to reduce my
chocolate craving that i have it everyday. i also take chocolate as my
anti depressant..
i really need some tips to reduce it since i'am an overweight person
(169cm and 83kg)
