Wow, spinach is awesome
I just have to say, anyone who has regularity problems, since I've been
eating spinach every day, no problems in that area at all. This may be TMI, if it is I'm sure JC or Queenie will tell me, but I thought it might be helpful. -- -Michelle Levin (Luna) http://www.mindspring.com/~lunachick http://www.mindspring.com/~designbyluna |

Wow, spinach is awesome
All this recent spinach talk on the newsgroup inspired me...
I bought fresh spinach at the organic grocery. Tonight I sauteed the leaves in olive oil with some chopped garlic, added salt and pepper, covered the pan for a few minutes, drained off the excess liquid, and just before serving, put a few chunks of cream cheese in... and stirred. Had that for supper with chicken tonight. YUM! - Anne |

Wow, spinach is awesome
That's how I make it! I was talking about that in another post, Favorite
Low Carb Food or something, because spinach and cream cheese is my favorite low-cab food. I could eat it every day, in fact I think I have been eating it nearly every day for over a week and I'm still not tired of it.
