Hi All...

A little depressed this week. Gosh, does it have to be cold in October? Just
put my heat on! I was feeling so badly about life, that I actually underate
one day! I've never done that! Anyhow, I went to weigh in this morning (in my
jeans, not shorts as I have been for the past 4 months) and I was up .2 pounds.
I suppose it's good for maintenance, however, I haven't added the 4 points to
my target, as I still would like to lose. I hope when I do add the 4 points
that the scale doesn't go berzerk on me. I really thought I'd be down this
week. This is the first time I've been up in a long, long time. The only
thing I can think of is that I ate very salty food last night. Oh well...

Where do you live Sue? I'm in southwestern BC and the weather has been
great here all week. Monday and Tuesday are supposed to bring rain though

Your jeans will weigh more than your shorts, so you probably did have a loss
this week. Wear tights or something to your next WI and I bet you'll be
down. Good luck losing a few more pounds and at WI next week.

..2 is GREAT for maintenance, Sue! It's just like you actually maintained
because it's such a small change it's not worth listing as a gain. Hope
that made sense. GOOD JOB!

Hey Sue. If all goes well I get lifetime later this morning. Can't think
what won't go well. My scale hit a new low this morning. Just wanted to
"weigh in" here, but eating that extra 4 seems to have kick started a little
additional loss for me. It has not shown up on their official scale, but
then I quit going in the micro cotton shorts to weigh in, quit going
fasting, and several other little things that I used to do to be sure I
lost. My average weight graph shows about a 3 pound loss for the 6 weeks of
maintenance. This morning I got another new low on my scale. I have also
been very active up until this past few days while fighting a cold, and
eating all my activity points.

We are having lots of fog here first thing in the morning. The cooler
weather is on it's way. The five day forecast is calling for two cloudy
days, then rain! I didn't really mean tights as in leotards or the like,
but those nylon/lycra legging type things. I wear them around the house
sometimes (if I'm not too cold). I find since losing some weight I am cold
much of the time. Does anyone else find this happening?

Yup, I am freezing all the time - driving my hot blooded hubby nuts. I wander
around the house in sweaters, then also throw the comfy bathrobe on for even more
warmth. I now know what my skinny no-blooded daughter always complains about. G

It sure is weird, when I weighed 35 pound more I was never cold. I drive DH
nuts too, I'm walking around in sweat pants and sweat shirts on a sunny day
and he's in shorts and a short sleeved t-shirt! Even people that come to
visit complain about how warm it is in the house (we have nice big windows
in the front and get sun all day). Anyway, I'm quite comfortable with the
temperature in here... My mom and sister are the same way, both like their
warmth.
