HI, Chris. I just wanted to say I enjoy your food/exercise posts. I like to see what others are doing day to day. It is also interesting how good you eat on little cals. Take care and keep up your awsome work. CONGRATS on the 100lb loss. You Be A Big Loosa Now -- 365/220/200 NC In Da House |

Take care and keep up your awsome work. CONGRATS on the 100lb loss. You Be A Big Loosa Now Thanks :-). Normally this is fewer calories than I would eat. My usual goal is around 1500/day. But because I'm trying to ensure that I make weight for the meet, and because I'm not that hungry anyway with this cold, I'm keeping it light this week. (I plan a big-time splurge on Sunday after the meet and on Monday, then back to the 1500.) Chris |
