FAT FLUSH
I was interested in the title because I once went on a fruit and
vegetable diet with almost no meat, and lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks. That obviously wasn't fat loss. I always thought the high fiber diet flushed toxins from my body. After the fast 14 pound loss, I only lost about 1 pound per month over the next year, eating fruits and vegetables until I was sick of them. |

Perhaps I did not express myself clearly. My point was that I had an experience many years ago, with a high fiber diet of fruits and vegetables, that caused sudden weight loss of 14 pounds, and that caused me to pay attention, when I heard of a diet called Fat Flush, because I know that it IS possible to flush 14 pounds out of a 6 foot tall man in a few weeks- it happened to me. |
