Ah! You have to go a long way to beat a good ribeye! I do find that I
can
get away with cheaper cuts if I take the trouble to marinade them for
a
day
or so prior to BBQ -- my marinade consists of soy sauce and lemon
juice.
I wet the raw meat with it, then grind pepper on top, then sprinkle it
with garlic powder. I then pierce the steak all over with a couple of
forks, and do both sides. I then wrap the steaks in foil and turn a
few
times over the next say or so until the BBQ. They come out very
tender.

I'd be careful about marinating anything in aluminum foil. You may
cause some aluminum to leach into the food.

I marinate mine in a pyrex or glass baking dish or bowl.
