Default WW Challenge week 2 Carolina

Hi there.

Im doing good.......... well, I feel all day starving but the weight is
going in the right way....

First week I weighted on a weds and now is sat. so, more than a week in
between . -4.6lbs

223.3/218.7/210
101.5/99.4/95

Well, it's good that you're doing well, but not good that you're starving!
Maybe you need to add some padding - more veggies - larger low point
portions, etc...... I know that hunger drives me to munchies, which ain't
usually the healthy choices either!

Good job. I agree with krys that you need to add more bulk to keep you
filled up more. Being starving all the time is a disaster in the making.
