Default Spectacular loss at tonight's WI: 5.7 lb. /2.6 kg

Hi all,

I had a spectacular loss at tonight's WI: 5.7 lb. or 2.6 kg.

I think this week's loss was so much because I sticked to my points
this week cyclied a lot more than the last 6 weeks, drank a lot more
water and ate 2 apples a day. I can't find another explanation. It
will probably not as much as this one next week. That wouldn't be
healthy.

In the 7 weeks I follow the WW Flex points program I lost a total of
15 lb (7 kg) which is 2.2 lb. a week when you stretch it over the
whole period. 2.2 lb is quite a lot but not spectacular in WW terms.

Ekko
247/231/190 lb.
112.2/105.2/90 kg
minigoal Xmas 224lb. /102 kg.

That's a awsome loss. Even your 2.2lb average is great. That's well within
the recommended range.

Blimey! That's quite a week..........which is great, but let's not be
having too many like that - slow but steady wins the race, remember? *grin*

I know. Such a loss every week wouldn't be healthy. If I would
continue the average of 2.2 lb. a week I would be very happy.

Well, let me comfort you by saying there are lots of others fruits
which will cost you 0 Flex points. You can also keep him or her away
by eating strawberries, blueberries and oranges for instance.
