amazing
It amazes me that this group is so dead. It has been almost 3 weeks since
anyone posted that was not a spammer. It amazes me because any successful diet has to involve a reduction in calories, or an increase in burning calories, such as with exercise. Dieting is a massive industry, but the key to being popular seems to be dieting without actually dieting. Is a calorie restriction so painful? I'm not saying it is pleasant, but the social rejection of it is massive. It implies that calorie restriction is as unpopular as getting a root canal. I count every calorie, and work on strategies to reduce them. If anyone else is doing that, please speak up. I check in here about once a week. |

My interest is not mainly in weight loss, but life extension.
For weight loss i think i would rather eat more, exercise more, maintain muscle mass, lose the fat, and avoid the starvation response. Calories restriction may not be painful as much as very unfun. A tradeoff that may be worth making if you can tack on 10 or 20 quality years. Cubit wrote: It amazes me that this group is so dead. Congratulations on the loss, Preesi.
Are you calorie counting? Low riders in California are people that ride in lowered cars. I'm guessing you might mean jeans that ride low on the hips? Got a link to picture? (I haven't looked at your website in ages.) "Preesi" wrote in message ... Cubit wrote: It amazes me that this group is so dead. It has been almost 3 weeks since anyone posted that was not a spammer.
