Well, today I had a banana for breakfast, lunch was *not* what it should have been so let's not go there.... and dinner will be baked trout, with packet wine sauce and/or home-made roasted pepper sauce, boiled new potatoes, steamed carrots and cauliflower, followed by home-made blackberry/raspberry parfait (we have guests!).
