Default Costco is great!

They're cheap. I bought 2 pounds of nuts for around $9, and 8 ounces in
Stop & Shop costs over half that. They currently have these cheese and
ham stuffed peppers that are great. They have chicken thighs for 89 cents
a pound and plenty of meats, fruits, and veggies.

Same with Sam's Club (no Costco's 'round here). I go weekly.

I agree. I haven't been to Costco since starting Induction 18 days
ago. I'm planning on making another trip there.

I've been having trouble finding wings that 1) aren't deep fried in
hydrogenated oil, 2) aren't breaded, 3) don't have sugar on them
somehow. I am hoping Costco has the answer.

Did you happen to watch Oprah the other day. It was her first trip to
Costco and the woman was like a kid in a candy store. I just about
died laughing when the cashier actually called to do a cheque approval
on her.

They sure do! They sell bulk wings, a deep fryer for $40, any kind of oil you
want and hot wing sauce with only one carb per serving. (I think it has sugar,
but it's waaaay at the bottom of the ingredients)

I'll have to look for the hot wing sauce.

It's called "Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce". A giant 64oz bottle. I just
checked, and I was wrong, it has zero carbs and no sugar (or sugar aliases I
can recognize). I don't eat hot wings, but my husband loves the stuff.

Their big bags of Kirkland brand frozen baby green beans are wonderful, one
of my favorite veggies.

You can get Frank's in most grocery stores in much smaller bottles too. g

Well sure, but do they say "make up to 30 pounds of wings" on the front?? LOL

I do like the prices the meats in a Sam's or BJ's (we don't have a
Cosco's here) but until you find them discount, just look in any meat
department. I've never seen a grocery store that doesn't have wings.
