Default Very bad yesterday

I feel horrible, I went to an outdoor party last night and drank way too
much beer. Mind you, it was light beer "Sterling" at 88 calories per
bottle. I also had some straberry daquiries... I could just kick myself...

How good have you been today? Never look back.

I've been pretty good today.... cereal and banana with skim milk and
twin... then for dinner small lean steak, 1/2 a boilded potato and some
sphagetti squash. For dessert I had an unsweetened, low fat fudgesicle...
So I would say I've been pretty good. I just hope yesterday doesn't affect
my WI on Thursday.

I always look at the fact that if I gain this week, I can always go back
next week. The good thing about this program is that life happens and we
just keep on going, we are no perfect but strive to be better eaters and in
there, there will be times when I majorly screw up but that is ok to,
because like I said, I can always go back next week.

You will be fine.

don't beat yourself up, just learn something from it and move on. Perhaps,
save points or decide your limit in advance? Lee, wishing you good luck,

Kicking yourself won't help. You have learned from the experience, so
now it's time to get over it and get back to the program. Good luck.
