made WI
was up .8 DH was looking at my wi booklet, this seems to fit in the pattern,
six months ago i was ten pounds heavier, lost good and bounced around for six months, then drop another batch and am bouncing around again, if you get discouraged, look back at your booklets and see if you can see a pattern. I was a bit upset, even though we travelld and i was a bit swollen from that, but after this discussion i realized that i am doing just fine. still crappy on exercise but everything else is fine, have a great week, Lee |
