The Tony Romas here in SW FL, is IMO awful.
The last 2 times their ribs were small, tough, dry, and burnt. Whenever I go out anywhere for ribs, I ask for them dry and have them bring a tiny cup of the sauce on the side. Only a tiny touch of the sauce dabbed on with my fork seems to be more than enough flavor to enjoy my ribs, and barely enough to make an impact on my carb intake. cheers~ Cindy Lurking and LCing since 2001
