It does seem weird...but it happens... I try to W only once a week because
or else I wouldn't diet... like today I W more than yesterday... it depends
on how many liquids we've got in our body, how much we eaqt the nibhnt
before, ecc.... So i try to worry only if I way more on Saturdays...well
that's what I'm thinking to do... saturday W is much better for me than
monday... and I guess in the end it's just the same... a week is 7 days no
matter what day you start it!!!!

Good Luck with you diet... you'll have a loss this week I'm sure!!!!

Way to go Willow! ya, it's weird!..........I've had WI's were I've gone up
1.6 lbs, then next day, weigh at home and I'm down 3 lbs. I think that
stress, your level of tiredness, water retention, bowel retention, frame of
mind, PMS, MS, all play havoc with our bodies. I think we all need to look
at our average weight loss over a period of several weeks to really gauge
how we are doing.

Stepping on that scale means only that particular point in time.

You know, I bloat like crazy. I really do. A salty meal, and I'm up
2lbs the next day. It's weird, but I wouldn't totally worry about
that; s'long as it keeps falling off!
