After a disappointing though expected gain of a pound last week that took me
out of the 170's and back into the 180's (BLECH!), this week's WI was a
wonderful experience...lost 3 pounds (which was quite nice on it's own), but
crossed the 70 lbs lost mark (woohoo) for a total of 71. I am also noticing
of the attendees I am apparently a veteran of sorts and am often called on
to give advice to newbies. That's kinda weird since I think of myself as a
newbie to a certain degree.

Thanks for listening!

Great loss this week. In just a few more lbs, you'll be a newbie
lifetimer!

Good loss, Melissa! Isn't it great to be a 'veteran' at meetings, it shows
the others acknowledge how great you ' re doing!
