Default Low carb liver flush?

I've been meaning to do this for a while (mainly for my rosacea), but most
of the recipes I've found involve apple juice. Does anyone know of a recipe
that contains lower carb ingredients? Thanks.

It's a process by which you eat/drink certain things and your body reacts by
releasing "stones" from your liver (by going #2). They say it's good for a
whole lot of different reasons.

There's no way anything can get from the liver back into the
intestines, unless it's bile, and you can get rid of that just by
eating enough fiber.

Also, always a good idea to make sure you're drinking enough water, to
flush lots of things out (by going #1 though .

Now, if you have a SPECIFIC something you want to flush out of your
body, let us know and we'll see if there's something to suggest. But
to ask for a generic "clean my liver" is not enough information for
us.

They say it's good for a whole lot of different reasons.

Mostly for filling their pocketbooks.

Liver flush? hahahahahahahaha Sorry. But when I read these kinds of
posts I almost wish I didn't have a conscience so I could line my
pockets with the money the gullible and ignorant flock to throw away
on ridiculous notions.

Jamie has a boiler plate post response that explains the "stones"
found in the so-called flush. Hey Jamie?
