Are there any besides splenda, aspartame and sacchrine? My sis, who is not
well, says they have all gotten bad for her (tasting bad and gritty ) and she would like to know if there is anything else. Thanks, Jackie |

Personally, I don't care for it, but it's another option. |

Thanks, Jackie There's Acesulfame-K (Acesulfame potassium). Trade names are Sunett and Sweet One. I've never tried it (except when it's included in artificially sweetened products) so I don't know what it tastes like. -- Jeri "Change is inevitable, except from vending machines." |

I got some smuggled cyclamates from Canada once. It seemed like good stuff.

I can't seem to find this on Google, except as an ingredient in another
product. "Jeri" wrote in message ... J. Davidson wrote: Are there any besides splenda, aspartame and sacchrine? Thanks.
I was in Google's product search section. It looks like they mix it with Dextrose (sugar) like the Splenda people use maltodextrin. Store locator does not show any within 100 miles. I haven't decided if I want to order it. If it did not have the sugar in it, I would have already punched in my credit card.... "Jeri" wrote in message ... Cubit wrote: "Jeri" wrote in message ... J. I know my local store sells Sweet One but I'm happy with Splenda so I've never tried it. If you don't have a problem with isomalt maybe you should check out DiabetiSweet. It doesn't contain dextrose or maltodextrin. The down side is that it doesn't appear to be available in packets. |

I have a small bottle I carry in my purse for Starbuck's lattes. I can't stand all their sugary syrups. It's great for use in koolaid too. |
