Default New Bathroom Scale

I love it.

I knew my old scale read about 3 pounds lower than the doctor's office. The
new scale reads about 3.1 pounds higher than my old one.

Back on April 18th John recommended the Soehnle model Zeta from Amazon.com
for $99. I ordered it from Amazon. It had free shipping the day I ordered
it. It came by FedEx Ground with a Saturday delivery.

The readings are very very consistent, right down to the tenth of a pound.

It does have a memory. If I pick up an object that I know weighs one tenth
of an ounce and re-weigh myself on the new scale, it shows my weight one
tenth higher for about half a second, then it displays the memory weight.
To reset the memory, I weigh myself with a 5 pound object. Then I re-weigh
with just me and the one tenth of a pound object. The scale reads one tenth
higher than my original weight. Exactly correct!

This is going to screw up my FitDay statistics, but I can live with the 3
pounds. It just means I started at 311 instead of 308.

My only reservation about the scale is that the heavy duty glass flexes a
bit, when I get on. The scale is rated for 330 pounds.
