Half way there!!
To my goal weight that is!! The last 1.5 week I've been following up on
some of the excellent advice I got here, and it's paying off. Not only did I lose 4lb in that period, I am also starting to see the effect on my legs and waist. Hopefully soon I'll notice the difference on my hips too In addition I've been experimenting with the WW point system, just to keep motivated. I'm not sure I will join, I find them rather pricy, and so far I am doing well with the support and advice from here. Thanks guys!! -- -- Boemsi 207 - 193 - 180 |
