Well, the Bolton's had a good week.

Altogether, we lost 5.8 lbs this week.

Grand total of 13.4 lbs since 3/29/07

Woo-Hoo!

Ok, I'm starting this "Family Weight Watchers" thread back up as all 3 in
our family are now actually WW members who attend meetings. Since we've been
yo-yo, I'm going back to the beginning and picking up where we left off...

We will be weighing in this evening and I'll report back. Looking forward to
a good result!

Well, my "maintain" between Thanksgiving and the New Year mantra has not
gone well, so I am locking down this week and doing my base "Points" without
Flex and doing some light exercise...and drinking my daily fluids. I have to
be careful, since I'm recovering still from surgery.

The good thing is, I'm still down from the first of the year and down
further from when I started tracking my intake via Calorie King. I'm back to
intaking the WW recommend calorie amounts since my loss is more consistent
that way.

Bottom line is, I just wanted to fess up and get re-structured back. Hey,
if I can drop between now and the 1/2/06 check-in to say I lost 30 pounds
this year, I will be ecstatic

Heck, any loss is better than what I started with.
