Default Don't know what foods to be eating to lose a lot of weight? Here's agood idea..

Do you know what foods to be eating to lose more weight? I'll show you
in this post. But more importantly, the reasons why you should be
eating them!

When it comes to losing weight a vast majority of people are oblivious
to the fact that what you eat is a major component in achieving
maximum weight loss. Weight loss is a hard journey but getting the
first part right and getting your diet right can lead to the results
you want a lot quicker than you might think.

The foods you consume are important not only to give you the energy to
carry out the exercise but to also aid your body in all departments
in the attack against fat. So starving yourself on some fad diet is
not only depriving your body of that fuel to fight the fat it is also
very dangerous and very ineffective for long term weight loss which
is your ultimate goal.

Firstly there are three major categories of foods. Proteins,
Carbohydrates and Fats. Now to get that balanced diet your searching
for and to assist your body in all areas of fat burning you need to
be consuming all three within your diet in specific amounts.

Firstly Proteins!

Now proteins are king when it comes to losing weight. Your diet plan
should be highly packed predominantly by proteins. Proteins help your
body recover from exercise and help repair muscle tissue, not only
that most proteins are very low in calories and won't be converted
into fat meaning if you eat predominantly protein rich food within
your diet you are not giving your body foods to tore fat from. High
in protein foods which you should be aiming to consume daily a

Fresh fish & tuna, chicken, egg whites, meats such as pork & beef
including beef jerky, nuts and seeds, natural peanut butter & beans
such as soy beans, tofu and split beans are all foods extremely high
in protein.

Carbohydrates are next on the menu!

Now carbohydrates are very controversial and contrary to popular
belief having a complete carb free diet is not only dangerous but
again very ineffective in long term weight loss. Carbohydrates
provide your body with energy and without energy you will feel
depressed, exhausted and unable to carry out focused exercise to
reach your goals.

The fact is you need to consume carbohydrates and if you do it right
and focus on eating good carbs they will increase your results not
hinder them. Carbohydrates should be your second food source behind
proteins and give you that energy kick. Good carbohydrate rich foods
are fine and as long as you don't consume them in high amounts they
will assist you in weight loss:

Wholegrain foods such as brown rice & wholemeal pasta, wholemeal
bread, fruit and vegetables (Vital), cottage cheese and sweet
potatoes are all high in good carbohydrates.

Now for Fats!

Although fats are what you are trying to get rid of some fats are
good for you and your body does need fats to survive. Nuts and seeds
will provide the good fats for your body as well as flax seed oil and
oily fish which are all beneficial to your weight loss.

The fats you should be avoiding are saturated fats found in foods
like chocolate, crisps, candy & fizzy drinks etc. Stick to the good
fats as your third food source so bottom of the list of the three
foods and your body will start burning the stored fat for you.

The main points to follow when searching for the right diet plan and
foods which can be eaten when losing weight are as follows. Keep your
foods high in protein low in good carbohydrates and really low in fats
and by consuming some of all three types of foods you are giving your
body ammo to attack the fat in your body and reduce your weight.

A bonus tip for you is to make sure you eat 5-6 small meals per day
throughout the day rather than three big meals and always eat
breakfast. Accompany this with water which is calorie free and in
turn helps flush out your system of the stored fat it is impossible to
go wrong.
