Week 1 report
Went well!

Week 1 report
Hi Doug,
I can't get past the image thing but thats ok.(tells me whaat I typed doesn't match the image) I have been on track for two weeks now.....last wi I lost .8 I had hoped it would be more but it's a loss and I'll take it! I have tracked EVERYTHING that goes in my mouth for the last two weeks and it gets easier each day. I have 3 workouts for this week. have drank all my water so far. My weigh in day is Wed. loss! Since you said you were having trouble with the "image thing" (called "captcha") I've turned it off.
