Default Week 7 - Easter Weight Gone and then Some

Like the title says I finished Week 7 of rejoining and I lost my
Easter gain of 2.4 lbs. and a little more for a total of 3.2 lbs. YAY!
I was really really shooting for losing the holiday weight. That was
my only goal this past week. Getting a little extra off too is a
bonus! I am at 7.4 lbs. total since rejoining. I am this close to
"one"derland. Hopeful another good week or two and I'll be there. That
is my next big goal...getting to "one"derland.

What worked for me this week? Tracked everything as per the prior six
weeks. It is amazing how powerful that simple act is. Drank my water.
This is always the challenge...and I was "on the water" this week.

What I slacked off with? I'm not exercising enough (or at all
sometimes). The only exercise I really like is walking outside and it
has been cold and rainy for most of this week. I will do the inside
stuff (trampoline, walk away the pounds, bike), but I don't enjoy them
so they seem like work and they never continue. Alas always something
to work on!!!!

Discovered McDonald's Fruit 'N Yogurt Parfait. 3 points of yumminess.
They are a little point-y compared to what I normally eat...but I
think I will work them into the rotation from time to time. And I'll
make my own version at home with FF yogurt!

Healthy weeks to all of you!

AWESOME Melissa! Way to go!!! And almost to the "One"derland? Oh my
goodness! That will be great, the only negative could be that you'll have
to drop your daily point allowance ; / Also, yummy about the parfait!
mmmm! If that's a higher point snack than you usually eat, I'd love to hear
from you some of your other snacks! I can never get enough ideas about
that!!!

I go tonight to weigh in... I hope for the scale to reveal some success

Congratulations!
smiles!

Awesome Melissa!

Keep in mind that a week of big loss (3.2 IS a big loss!!!) are usually
followed with a tiny loss or no loss. It's not a reflection of how you
followed the plan so much as your body catching up with itself. As if saying
"ok, gave to you last week, now let me catch my breath!".

Just keep on keeping on!! You are doing so good!!
