Final SWWC - Up but still OK
I've just come back from a long weekend, and realised that I didn't post my
last week's results! Here they a Last week (and the last week of SWWC): 73.2 kg (161.0 lb) - up 0.3 kg This week: 73.5 kg (161.7 lb) - up 0.3 kg Last week was a simple case of eating too much and not exercising enough. This week I'm quite pleased with the small gain after being away and eating hotel and restaurant food for three nights. I think what saved me was all the walking around we did - for the first time in a long time my muscles were sore after walking! I've currently got a 0.5kg buffer between current and WW goal, so I should make lifetime next week with any luck I'm looking forward to it!! -- Julie. 93.5/73.5/74 (WW)/72 (Personal) kg 205.7/161.7/162.8 (WW)/158 (Personal) lb |
