Default How many gram of carbs is too low?

The first few days of Atkins, with all the cravings and everything, I was
able to get up to 18 to 20 grams of carbs each day. But now my cravings are
gone and my appetite is minimal. I found myself skipping lunch today
because I just wasn't hungry. Yesterday I had only about 8 grams and today
only 5. I really think this might be too low.
I need some advice from those who have been there thanks.

Hey!
I did that for almost the majority of the time I have been lowcarbing.

Now that I have been doing it for about 4 months, I find the majority of
days now, I am eating around 20-30, yet in the past I would not get more
than 5-10 a day.

I would not worry about it. I think the less, the better

But I can't do that anymore I am enjoying having a bit higher carb count
now.

It's not that you're not getting enough carbohydrates,
nobody ever died of a carbohydrate deficiency.
If you're as low as 5-8 grammes per day, you must be living
on meat and fish, and maybe some eggs + dairy. Nothing else!
You have to eat some vegetables, and don't skip meals.

I envy your lack of cravings btw, mine never went away

Well, since some carbs come from veggies, and you didn't say "net carbs" my
concern is that you may not be getting enough fiber. That 20 grams on
induction is there for you to get some fiber, and fiber is important. Also,
once your craving are gone, there really isn't a need to keep cutting carbs
{carbs are not the problem -- excessive carbs and too many calories are the
problem}. Hence, if 20 grams of net carbs produced minimal appetite for you,
then try to keep at least that much in your diet. Also, eat veggies that are
high in fiber.

I don't know what you guys are eating, but for the vast majority, it's
pretty hard to be getting only 5-10 grams of carb a day if you're
following the Atkins plan. Even on induction small portions of salad,
low carb vegs, cheese, etc, all add up pretty quickly.
