Low Carb (Paleo) Half Marathon Report
So for an encore maybe a more controlled experiment is in order. First,
pick a marathon to run. Next, eat nothing but seal blubber and caribou meat while training - that's about as paleo as you can get. Then run the marathon. Then, having proved you're a paleolithic man, you really should think about returning to the old ways completely, after all do you really belong in this modern world? Perhaps you can move to siberia and live with the inuit there still living by the old ways. You'd be living out my childhood dream! Alas I discovered I wasn't a paleolithic. - Tony |
