REC: "Honey" Mustard Chicken Breasts -- Easy!
The high-carb version was one of my favourite recipes pre-LC and this
tastes almost as good without the honey. * Exported from MasterCook * "Honey" Mustard Chicken Breasts Recipe By : Bev-Ann Serving Size : 5 Categories : Main Dishes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ----------- -------------------------------- 5 medium chicken breast halves without skin -- boneless 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 can cream of mushroom soup -- undiluted 3 tablespoons dijon mustard zero-carb sweetener equal to 1 tablespoon (I use Sweetzfree) 1 can mushroom pieces -- drained Brown chicken in olive oil over medium heat. Combine remaining ingredients until smooth. Add to chicken. Simmer 30 minutes or until juices run clear. Cuisine: "Low-Carb" Yield: "5 servings" - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Per Serving: 212 Calories; 9g Fat (39.7% calories from fat); 28g Protein; 3g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 69mg Cholesterol; 396mg Sodium. Exchanges: 0 Grain(Starch); 4 Lean Meat; 0 Vegetable; 1 1/2 Fat; 0 Other Carbohydrates. ----- Bev |

Oops! Forgot one more ingredient; mix 1/2 cup water into the sauce.
