I went back to my good old Cardio 30 minutes today.

Well... yesterday we lifted weights, and realized we didn't have energy left
for cardio. So last night we walked for about 1hour as a good pace. I was
also struggling iwth the dog so that had calories burning. She's not leash
wise. To say the very least...

This morning did cardio 30 minutes high intensity, and my legs are like
cooked spaghettis !

This is so funny! I haven't had noodle legs for a long time..

I'm all proud of me!

I upped the cardio this summer and it's made a serious difference in
reducing my size. My weight hasn't changed much at all but I'm down a whole
pants size.

Go noodle legs!
