Default Anyone LC in a non-LC industry?

Anyone here have jobs in totally non-LC environments? Anyone a pastry chef,
baker? Work in a candy shop or ice cream parlor?

I am thinking of starting a small business but it is sooo not LC. I am
wondering how many out there do this and can manage to balance it and handle
thier LC lifestyle.

Thanks
