Where to find sugar-free whipped cream?
I read somewhere that just freezing sugar-free whipped cream -- the kind that comes in an aerosol can -- makes decent ice cream. Do you think I can find it anywhere? NO!!!!! Fat-free, lightly sweetened... but no sugar-free! Anyone know a brand that makes it? -- We are becoming a country that believes the rich have earned their money but the well educated have not earned their intellectual superiority. This leads to a nation that idolizes Kardashians. Joel Stein, TIME, 8/23/10 |

For ice cream, I've always used the Breyers LC product. You can also make it yourself. I use a mix of polydextrose, xylitol, eriithyrol to replace the sugar. If you're interesed I can get the amounts for you. For just a quick topping of whipped cream, I think a few tablespoons of the regular canned product only has maybe 6 carbs or so, which could be OK depending on your particular reqts |

You have to partially freeze it then whip it again if you want a smooth result without ice crystals. You can use one of the ice cream machines if you have one - it makes it much easier. |

And it's not that difficult to get out of it. The first thing you do is you get rid of corporate welfare. That's hundreds of billions of dollars a year. The second is you tax corporations so that they don't get away with no taxation. - Ralph Nader http://www.democracynow.org/2011/7/19/ralph_naders_solution_to_debt_crisis |

The cans are color coded and the no added sugar one has a different color on the label. I don't recall the last time I saw one in a store. Within the last year. |
