Default EAT:Eating slowly with lots of chewing

If possible I try and take my time when I am eating and not shove food
in my mouth as if it were the Hot-dog eating championship on Coney
Island.

I also try to switch off the TV/Try not to read (very hard this!) and
eat my meal with as little distraction as possible. I try not to talk,
read or listen. I guess I try and concentrate on my eating. By doing
this I prevent myself from eating too quickly. Whenever I can I will
not to do anything for 30 minutes after my meal.

I have written more things on food under the title "EAT:" please feel
free to click on "shinino" for more stuff on food.
