Is there any food you can eat loads of or just for snacking after dinner
when you get the munchies that will not gain you any weight/fat?

Thanks - Joe

celery... other veggies that are low in sugar... Very few calories - you'd
have to eat buckets to gain weight on them.

Detrmined gave you good suggections, but i think it's wise to limit
snacking rather than do it often.

I'm not a fan of the celery.

Most veggies are low cal - carrots have more sugar/calories, but you'd still
have to eat alot of them to have a calorie surplus. And instead of dipping
in ranch, buy some fat free sour cream and mix some onion soup mix or
powdered ranch into it for a low cal snack...

Air popped corn is low in calories, but watch the addition of butter
and salt and like i said don't look to snack continually. try to lessen
total involvement with food. (Huh. look who's talking :-)

That would work - and Molly McButter tastes pretty good on popcorn.

Joe, you seem to looking for "miracle" foods that you can eat without
thought to calories or weight gain.

In a sensible day to day eating plan, there are no such miracle foods.
Find your average daily intake, plan the right combo of protein, carbs, and
fat, work up a decent exercise plan, and then do it. For the rest of your
life.

There are no quick fixes or miracle foods. If there are certain snack foods
you really like, work them into your eating plan on a moderate basis.
