Default Bellyaches

I know I should know better but this past week was the worst stomach ache
I've had in the 6 years doing LC. Almost an entire day and night. Took me 3
days to recover. Apparently I didn't read my labels, and ingested a few
different products with Malitol all in the same day. Usually I can stand a
decent dose of the stuff before I have problems, but my wife brought home a
sugar free cheesecake. It had Xylitol, and I had a nice sized piece. The 2
together spelled doom! What an incredibly brutal night I had.

Yeah, I've given up on sugar alcohols for this reason.

Sugar Alcohols sure do act like laxatives. The upside is that some folks
abuse laxatives to lose weight. There is a good chance you have come out
ahead.
