Asking for Breakfast ideas
Good morning to all!
I'm back to doing all the right things, drinking water, journaling, eating fruit, etc. My question is what do you guys eat for breakfast? It's the hardest meal of the day for me. I'm looking for things that will keep me satisfied for most of the morning and that's obviously, point friendly. For the record, I don't like eggs of any kind, yogurt or cream of wheat. Charise 174/153/145 I am a Special K person myself, but am told to vary my breakfast, so I have 3 suggestions. 1. Slice of taost with WW Beans. 2. 2 rashers (lean) bacon in 2 slices of bread 3. Megga fruit salad, with say melon, pineapple, apple and pear. Jen |

I like to make a scramble out of 1 whole egg and 2 whites and serve it on
whole wheat bread with lean turkey slices.. that's 6 (4 if I use only egg whites) pts but it's very filling.. ) I also have a WW smoothie in 11/2 cup of coffee every morning (1 pts) so for 7 pts I have a huge breakfast.. I also like yogurt with fruits (I don't do cheese) -- Will~ The problem with this world is stupidity, now I'm not saying there should be capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off everything and let the problem solve itself? I'm trying out some new ideas, too. Currently, I have 2 whole wheat frozen
waffles, with low-cal maple-flavored syrup, milk and coffee - 6 points total. Other days I have an english muffin with one half spread with 1 T cream cheese, and the other half with 1 T jam or apple butter (also 6 pts total, counting the skim milk). Right now, I'm trying out low-fat yogurt - 2 pts(yeah, you said you don't like it) first thing in the morning, then for 2nd breakfast, a bowl of oatmeal with a little milk (2.5 pts). I have problems in the mornings - I have to get up and get my kids off to school very early, and I don't have time to eat much, but I get really hungry. So, the yogurt is fast and easy, then when they are all gone, I can have second breakfast of oatmeal, and still be on track for points. -- Wendy http://griffinsflight.com/Quilting/quilt1.htm de-fang email address to reply "Michael W." wrote in message ... Why do you "miss" it ? Is there any reason why you can't have it ?
I can't cause it makes me sick / always has.. though I'm trying to get used to it little by little.. -- Will~ The problem with this world is stupidity, now I'm not saying there should be capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off everything and let the problem solve itself?
