Default WW Motivation vs. The Competition

The obesity epidemic has made "weight loss" programs big business. TV has
become full of weight loss commercials, all of which use unrealistically fit
models as the "after" image. WW is different, though. It uses
member-to-member encouragement rather than the image of a stereotypical
model. Is the WW approach as motivating? Do people struggling to achieve a
goal motivate other similar people?
