roasted cauliflower is great. some olive oil salt pepper garlic roast at about
325. mix in some lager chopped onions sausages and it is a full meal. You can
also melt some cheese on top when it is done blue is great.

I use it often as a potato substitute. Sometimes I mash it and eat it
as a side, or as the topping for a sheppard's pie (covered in cheddar
cheese). If I'm making a chowder, I chop it into chunks and use it
instead of potato cubes. It's also good in a chicken curry dish. I
once even made a polenta style meal chopping fresh, raw cauliflower in
a food processor...wasn't good though.
