Default At goal

This morning the scale read in the 170's for the first time in a LONG
while, like 10+ years.

So I think I'm around 182 now -- It took me an extra month over my
original 24-week schedule, but no biggie... when I started I had no
faith at all that I could stick to the plan or that the plan would
even work as expected. But I did, and it did...yeay!

I can ALMOST fit into my benchmark college-era 501's from 15 years
ago... I had to stop wearing them sometime in the mid-late 90's . . .
probably 5 more pounds here and there to go until they become
comfortable again (they're technically wearable now, but I look like a
jordache model in them).

Thanks all for the help. Next stage is upper body strength and
redevelopment. . . still need to join a gym....

Congratulations. Pounds of what? Chances are you've changed your body
composition quite a bit in the intervening time, and dieting without
weightlifting means you've lowered your lean body mass.

Sigh. I should let you enjoy being at goal for at least 60 seconds
before we raise the bar again, though, don't you think?

[Pause to glory in making goal]

Don't neglect your legs, Heywood. The big muscles are below the waist
and part of what you want to do is have the metabolism of someone with
active muscle mass.

Congratulations!

What type of exercise have you been doing through the weightloss phase?
