I'm new at this LC stuff, but your earlier post WAS misleading. How can you
assert someone is flaming you because of your misleading response. I took
you at your word, NO CARBS. However, this appears to be quite different
from Low Carb that you and most in this NG seem to be following. The
remainder of your suggestions is consistent with other postings and seems to
be pretty good information. For that I thank you.

and maybe you can try to be a little more positive ... although I know you

by striving for NO carbs ... I ended up, over the last year ... with about
20 carbs per day ... and yes it is difficult for me but I have been trying
to adjust my diet to incorporate more vegetables ... just yesterday I
bought celery, cucumbers, avacodos, fresh spinach, and broccoli ...

so I guess you are trying to make a point, but I think you are just being
rude.

oh my god .... is anyone here serious about receiving valid advice from
someone who has lost 25% of their body weight using the atkins diet as
outlined in www.atkins.com ... because I chose to be in the induction state
for one year to achieve my goal and am migrating into the way of life ... I
surrender ... why ask questions if you don't want answers ... I'm outta here

Your advice was to not eat anything that contains carbohydrates. You
said,
"if it contains carbohydrates, don't eat it." Since all vegetables
contain
carbohydrates, you were recomending that the OP not eat any vegetables.
And, you said your way of eating was not just to lose weight, it was a
whole new way of life.

Those two points add up to your telling alexandria to not ever eat any
vegetables again for the rest of her life.

That's insane, stupid, unhealthy advice, and the fact that it is bad
advice
has nothing to do with whether I am positive or flaming you or anything.
I
thought at worst I was gently teasing you anyway.

It's interesting that you think you can maintain your plan for the rest
of
your life while eating absolutely no vegetables.

Do

Don't even bother, because you're much too stupid to figure out how it
works.

And you know this because your weightloss efforts have been so much better
than Placidbull's? Or you personally know someone that has died from
following the advice?
